Pierrefonds-Roxboro · West Island Montreal

Five years toget recruited.Make them count.

Grades 7 through 11 is the whole window — and it closes. Since 2021, more than 300 Montreal student-athletes have built strength, speed and conditioning here, programmed by a CSCS coach around their season, not against it.

If you've watched your kid get out-worked by someone with less talent, you already know what this is about.

This is who it is for.

One program, one standard. It starts with a call — partly to place your athlete, partly because we only take on two new athletes a week.

Our Method

Game-Speed Intensity

Every drill runs at the speed and effort of a real game, so athletes perform when it counts — not just in practice.

The Program

Structured and phased, built by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Progress

Lean body mass, body fat and muscle imbalances tested and tracked. Measured, not guessed.

Intensity

Game-speed tempo. Effort, not load — which is what makes it safe for younger athletes.

Mindset

Athletes are coached to lock in and perform under pressure, when the game is on the line.

Goldszn vs. a commercial gym

A commercial gym gives your kid a key card and a room full of equipment. Here is the difference.

What it costs

The program starts with a call so we can place your athlete at the right level. We onboard two new athletes a week; that pace is what keeps the coaching what it is.

Every one is public on Google.

I saw a huge improvement in my son's performances in games. His physical and mental confidence has been highly noticeable… I should have let him join you much sooner.

My teenage son never enjoyed working out until he started going to Goldszn… the belief that coach Marvin has shown in him has turned him around.
Zara Z.Parent
I was looking for a gym for my 16 year old to train where he can just work on himself to pursue his football career… Just expect to come and work.

I asked you to accompany my daughter on her journey to get fit and prepared for her physical tests. Not only did you accomplish this, but you also transformed her approach to fuelling her body.
Andrea G.Parent
I’ve been going here for 2 years and I’ve been able to achieve the goals I set with the guidance of Marvin and the trainers… I got to develop in the gym and in basketball in one program.
YegorAthlete
I've had many trainers growing up playing competitive sports and I can truly say Marv has been the best… He's helped me get to that next level in my game.

Questions

The things parents ask first

My kid is 12 and has never lifted. Is this safe?
Yes. Every athlete starts with an assessment, and the program is built in phases — younger and newer athletes spend more time on movement, speed and body control before anything heavy. "Game-speed intensity" means effort, not load.
What's the difference between A.S.A.P. and a commercial gym?
A commercial gym gives your kid a key card and a room full of equipment. A.S.A.P. gives them a structured program built by a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach. We test and track lean body mass, body fat and muscle imbalances — so progress is measured, not guessed, and athletes train safely at their level. Nobody figures it out alone here.
Do you train all sports?
We train athletes who need more athleticism, explosiveness, footwork and endurance — so they can last the whole game, match or competition. We've worked with athletes in basketball, football, soccer, hockey, dance and swimming. If your sport needs speed, power and the ability to finish as strong as you start, it fits.
Can my athlete train during the season?
Yes — we strongly recommend it, and sessions are built around their game schedule. They keep their gains, since strength and speed fade fast without training. They reduce injuries, because strong balanced muscles protect the body when games pile up. And they finish strong: while other athletes fade, yours keeps getting better.

Tryout dates don't move.

It starts with one call. Tell us the goal, and we’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right place for it. Sometimes the answer is no.

The call is free and there's nothing to sign. If your athlete isn't a fit for the program, we'll say so on the call rather than take your money.
